Orders & shipping
We do our best to send your order the same day but sometimes it will be the next day. You should take into account 1 or 2 working days for delivery.
This can be done through our account page but also during checkout.
You can indicate during checkout if you want your order to be delivered to an alternative address. If you want to change it after your order has been made, the best way is through WhatsApp but email is also possible.

All of our products are taxed in The Netherlands. Most products are taxed with 21% VAT but some products fall in the 9% VAT category.
In 99% of the cases we do our best to ship your order in 1 shipment, we like to think of the environment! However, it may be that we do not have a product in stock and then we will give you the option to send the out of stock product at a later time.
Not satisfied with our products?
You may return your products within the legal period of 14 days after purchase. Of course, the products must be returned to us in the same condition as they left us.
Send an email to [email protected] or contact us through WhatsApp and tell us which product you want to return and which order it belonged to and we will give you further instructions.

Sorry to hear that this happened during shipping, please send a picture of the damage with a description to [email protected] and we will fix this as soon as possible!
